A few weeks back, Liz and I decided to make the men in our lives a special treat, homemade ravioli. Pasta is one of those foods that truly is better when it is homemade. I know pasta is kind of a pain to make, but it is definitely worth it (especially if you are making it with a good friend).
I use the pasta maker that attaches to my Kitchen Aide Mix Master. That way, I don't have to crank the pasta maker; the machine does all of the heavy lifting.

We used this
recipe from Wolfgang Puck for the filling and sauce and a Cook's Illustrated recipe for pasta dough. Pour yourself a glass of wine and get cooking! Happy Monday!
